About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist to join their team in Echt. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for operational and system issues in the warehouse, investigating discrepancies and implementing solutions. You will analyze data using SAP and Excel, prepare reports, and support root cause analyses.
What you will do

- Investigate order, inventory, and process discrepancies and implement solutions
- Analyze operational data and performance trends using SAP and Excel
- Prepare reports and share insights with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders
- Support root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Monitor warehouse processes and ensure data quality
What you bring
- MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
- 1–3 years experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse environment
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with data
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory)
- Good command of English
