KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and technical operations at its Eindhoven location. You will ensure the smooth functioning of building systems and machinery while coordinating with external contractors.

What you will do

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
Coordinate installation and commissioning of machinery
Support building systems like HVAC and utilities
Manage external service providers and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

What you bring

Experience in maintenance, technical services, or facilities
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities

Nice to have

Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
