About the job
GoodHabitz offers an HR internship focused on Talent Acquisition at its Eindhoven office. You will support the full hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while contributing to employer branding projects.
What you will do
- Support the hiring process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Assist with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- Review applications and CVs, and help with initial candidate screening
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain ATS and recruitment data, and support reporting and administration
- Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and career page updates
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related study
- Available full-time from October until March
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and communicative
- Confident working in English
