About the job

GoodHabitz is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the learner experience end to end. You will lead the shift from a browsable catalogue to a personalised product, shaping how content reaches individual learners across mobile and other surfaces. This role is based in Eindhoven.

What you will do

  • Own the learner surface end to end, including onboarding, next-offer selection, delivery, and learning from user actions
  • Move from a browsable catalogue to a personalised product, considering country, industry, company size, access method, and individual context
  • Partner with educational designers on how content reaches individual learners, composing short activities into personal paths
  • Own measurement of weekly active learners, setting targets and driving the path to them
  • Treat mobile as a first-class experience, deciding between native or lighter solutions
  • Draw on a single content library, deciding what surfaces to whom

What you bring

  • Track record owning a B2B2C product or consumer habit-formation product
  • Evidence of shipping personalisation, routing, or recommendation work that measurably changed behaviour
  • Comfort with a platform carrying real history, building new while old earns revenue
  • Habit of deciding, gathering input and taking clear calls
  • Habit of working in the open with early drafts and visible thinking
  • Interest in how people learn, without needing a background in it
