GoodHabitz is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will provide statistically sound insights and shape the team's data model and analytics conventions. You will own end-to-end analysis across revenue, product, finance, and marketing domains, and translate complex analysis into clear business language for senior stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Provide statistically sound insights on cohort maturity, sample size, aggregation bias, and construct validity
  • Shape the team's data model and analytics conventions, and mentor other analysts
  • Translate complex analysis into clear business language for senior stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end analysis across revenue, product, finance, and marketing domains
  • Align teams on shared metric definitions and resolve conflicts
  • Build self-service Tableau dashboards or access via LLMs, and write clean SQL/code

What you bring

  • 7+ years as a (Senior) Data Analyst, preferably in B2B with subscription or recurring-revenue dynamics
  • Comfortable applying statistical reasoning to time-based and cohort data
  • Strong track record of leading complex analysis across teams
  • Expert-level SQL skills and advanced Python skills for data preparation and statistical validation
  • Proven experience in offering self-service to non-technical stakeholders via dashboards or AI/LLMs
  • Experience designing, validating, rolling out, and monitoring predictive models

Nice to have

  • Confidence working in Databricks and Delta Lake
  • Experience with Tableau, Tableau Pulse
