Invisix is seeking a qualified patent attorney to own and manage its patent portfolio in Eindhoven. This full-time role offers the chance to shape IP strategy from scratch in a professional, fast-paced scale-up culture.

What you will do

Own and manage the patent portfolio
Assess patentability of new ideas and prioritize them
Run the patent filing process with external consultants
Safeguard freedom to operate and identify portfolio gaps
Stay updated on sector patent activity and competitor IP
Design internal process for idea assessment and filing

What you bring

Qualified patent attorney
PhD in physics or closely related technical field
Strong technical background
Confident communicator with leadership, engineers, and external counsel
Able to make fast, sound initial invention assessments
Facilitator who makes processes run smoothly
