Invisix is seeking a qualified patent attorney to own and manage its patent portfolio in Eindhoven. This full-time role offers the chance to shape IP strategy from scratch in a professional, fast-paced scale-up culture.

- Assess patentability of new ideas and prioritize them
- Run the patent filing process with external consultants
- Safeguard freedom to operate and identify portfolio gaps
- Stay updated on sector patent activity and competitor IP
- Design internal process for idea assessment and filing

- PhD in physics or closely related technical field
