LeydenJar Technologies in Eindhoven is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary programs across R&D, engineering, and operations. You will develop a structured program and project management approach, creating transparency on planning, progress, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies. This role involves challenging and supporting project and line managers, translating strategic priorities into clear objectives, and aligning internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do
- Lead complex multidisciplinary programs across R&D, engineering, and operations
- Develop structured program and project management approach
- Create transparency on planning, progress, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies
- Challenge and support project and line managers on scope, priorities, and execution
- Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and executable plans
- Align internal and external stakeholders around program objectives
What you bring
- 8+ years of program management in technical, R&D-driven, or industrial environment
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary programs with significant budgets
- Ability to operate at strategic and operational level
- Structured and analytical approach with pragmatism and delivery focus
- Master’s or PhD degree in a technical field
- Ability to understand complex technical topics and assess program impact
