LeydenJar Technologies is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support battery cell production and testing at their R&D facility in Leiden. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain lab operations, manage materials, and drive improvements in processes and safety.
What you will do
- Support production and testing of battery cells
- Capture and analyze production and test data
- Maintain equipment and ensure lab operations
- Create a safe, clean, organized work environment
- Manage materials and inventory
- Drive improvements in lab processes, safety, quality, efficiency
What you bring
- MBO/HBO degree in a technical field
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, motivated
- Eager to learn, adaptable, reliable
Nice to have
- Experience in production, quality, chemical, mechanical, or electrical lab
- Knowledge of HSE practices in lab or workshop
