Invisix is looking for a Sensing & Calibration Architect to own the technical architecture for sensing and calibration in Eindhoven. You will define interfaces and requirements between calibration and inference algorithms, and develop calibration methodologies for reconstruction algorithms. This role offers the chance to provide technical leadership and represent the discipline at cross-organizational interfaces.

What you will do

Own technical architecture for sensing and calibration
Define interface and requirements between calibration and inference algorithms
Develop calibration methodologies for reconstruction algorithms
Integrate calibration methods into on-tool software framework
Provide technical leadership to sensing and calibration teams
Hold system-level view and represent discipline at cross-organizational interfaces

What you bring

PhD in physics, photonics, or related field
Combination of algorithm expertise with optical hardware experience or experimental background with signal processing
Modeling and simulation expertise in optical systems including beam propagation and Fourier optics
Practical experience analyzing optical measurement data
Hands-on experience with optical signal acquisition hardware

Nice to have

Experience leading or providing technical guidance to others
