Quaestus Leadership Innovators is seeking a Chief of Staff for Xsens, a scaling technology company based in Enschede. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a cross-department operational point of contact for the leadership team and drive key strategic initiatives.
What you will do
- Serve as cross-department operational point of contact for leadership team
- Prepare and follow up key operating meetings
- Drive cross-functional strategic and operational projects
- Monitor OKR and business performance
- Support CEO and leadership on strategic and analytical initiatives
What you bring
- 2-4 years experience in management consulting or investment banking
- Pre-MBA or equivalent career stage
- Exceptionally organized and disciplined
- Comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable without formal authority
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
