Security Coordinator

About the job

Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Security Coordinator to join their team in Gennep. In this role, you will coordinate and maintain security systems, support audits and risk assessments, and contribute to security strategy implementation.

What you will do

• Coordinate and maintain security systems like CCTV, detection and alarm systems, and access control
• Coordinate external security suppliers
• Support security operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
• Support and coordinate audits, risk assessments, and security certifications including TAPA-A
• Identify potential security risks and report findings to the Security Manager
• Contribute to security strategy implementation, business continuity, and crisis management

What you bring

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Safety & Security Management
• Experience with security systems and infrastructure
• Able to identify risks, investigate issues, and translate findings into practical improvements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in a security, facility, or operational role
• Experience with audits, compliance, and security processes
• Knowledge of TAPA FSR requirements
• Dutch language skills
• Car and driving license
