About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist to join their team in Gennep. In this role, you will provide operational support on the warehouse floor and help solve challenges related to orders, inventory, and systems.
What you will do
- Provide operational support on the warehouse floor
- Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems
- Analyze warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems
- Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and customers
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues
What you bring
- MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
- Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule
Nice to have
- Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment
