About the job

Monumental is looking for a Hub Lead to manage the deployment of construction robots in Groningen. You will oversee site operations, build systems, and drive growth while owning the profit and loss of your hub.

What you will do

Plan deployment logistics including robots, humans, and schedules
Oversee construction site operations and manage team
Build operational systems to improve efficiency and margin
Grow customer base and drive new construction projects
Own deployment profit and loss and improve unit economics
Support hiring and interviewing of operators

What you bring

Minimum 3 years management experience as founder, GM, or in operations
Native Dutch speaker
Excellent communicator comfortable with diverse personas
Willing to do hands-on work
Strong bias to action and execution
Comfortable in high-stress environments

Nice to have

Raw intellectual horsepower and eagerness to learn
Experience leading and motivating a small team
Strong operational and analytical skills
