Monumental is looking for a Hub Lead to manage the deployment of construction robots in Groningen. You will oversee site operations, build systems, and drive growth while owning the profit and loss of your hub.

- Build operational systems to improve efficiency and margin
- Grow customer base and drive new construction projects
- Own deployment profit and loss and improve unit economics
- Support hiring and interviewing of operators

- Minimum 3 years management experience as founder, GM, or in operations
- Native Dutch speaker
- Excellent communicator comfortable with diverse personas
- Willing to do hands-on work

- Comfortable in high-stress environments
