Riverty is looking for a Senior User Researcher to join their Consumer team. In this role, you will plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs and behaviors.
What you will do
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through various methods
- Synthesize findings into insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data teams
- Combine qualitative research with analytics and business metrics
- Champion human-centered, evidence-based culture
What you bring
- Extensive experience in user research throughout product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of mixed-method research approaches
- Ability to connect customer insights with business goals
- Experience collaborating with analytics or data science teams
- Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with agile product development
Nice to have
- Experience building research capability across teams
- Experience establishing research operations or repositories
- Experience shaping product strategy through research
- Experience with financial services or fintech products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG
- Experience with B2C or B2B2C products
