Riverty is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their Consumer team in Heerenveen. In this hybrid role, you will gather and analyze information to produce and motivate designs, and validate their effectiveness through testing. You will contribute to the design system and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product and Tech.

What you will do

Gather and analyze information to produce and motivate designs
Produce end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Validate design effectiveness through testing
Analyze user feedback and performance metrics
Contribute to design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product and Tech

What you bring

Proficient in user research and translating needs into design solutions
Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability
Proficiency in usability testing and iterating on designs

Nice to have

Experience mentoring junior designers
Experience partnering with multiple designers and stakeholders
Experience with financial services or fintech products
Familiarity with product frameworks and development technologies
Experience with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C products
Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG
