Delta Electronics is looking for an EMEA Senior Business Operations Specialist to coordinate daily operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive process improvements, manage partner programs, and support digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

What you will do

Coordinate end-to-end daily business operations across EMEA for solution and branded product lines
Track KPI achievements, conduct revenue gap analyses, and collaborate on recovery plans
Identify operational bottlenecks and support performance improvement initiatives
Mitigate logistics-related risks and operational bottlenecks
Facilitate rollout of process implementations and digital transformation initiatives
Manage partner lifecycle, develop partner programs, and organize workshops

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related
10+ years experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Operations in international environments
Proven experience supporting regional and global operations across cross-functional teams
Experience leading and optimizing end-to-end business processes
Experience leading ERP implementation and digital transformation projects
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), CRM, business process mapping, and advanced Excel

Nice to have

Proficiency in another European language
