Delta Electronics is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to support its Liquid Cooling team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will handle customer quality complaints and lead cross-functional problem resolution.
What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for customer quality complaints
- Coordinate on-site sorting and containment activities
- Lead cross-functional problem resolution
- Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain quality reporting and governance
- Develop product and process knowledge
What you bring
- Experience in customer quality or similar engineering coordination role
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Ability to coordinate multiple departments
- Experience with quality tools like 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel on short notice

- Fluent Chinese
