About the job

Delta Electronics is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across the EMEA region. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales efforts with technical guidance, all while working in a friendly and constructive environment.

What you will do

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
  • Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools
  • Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly

What you bring

  • Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
