About the job

Delta Electronics is looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager who speaks Mandarin to lead a team of four supply chain professionals in Helmond. In this role, you will drive demand and supply planning processes, optimize inventory levels, and lead the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning process. You will work with manufacturing sites across China, India, and Slovakia, ensuring supply chain efficiency and mitigating risks.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals
  • Drive demand planning and forecasting processes
  • Manage supply planning activities across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia
  • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service performance
  • Lead the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and capacity constraints

What you bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience managing international supply chains and working with manufacturing facilities in Asia and Europe
  • Strong leadership experience in SOP, demand planning, and supply planning
  • Fluent speaker of English and Mandarin

Nice to have

  • Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related industry
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Proven project and change management experience
