About the job

Destinus is looking for a Financial Accountant to join its treasury team in Hengelo. You will handle domestic and international payments, bank reconciliations, and cash management tasks.

What you will do

Prepare, process, and monitor domestic and international payments
Upload payment files to online banking platforms and follow up on execution
Record bank transactions and payments in the accounting system
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Monitor bank balances and support daily cash management
Maintain records for treasury transactions and support intercompany payments

What you bring

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in financial accounting, treasury operations, or similar role
Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and payment processing
Understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliations
Experience with ERP or accounting systems; MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Nice to have

MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) experience
Dutch language skills
