Provide technical support for production of kinetic defense items
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes

Conduct root cause and failure analysis
Oversee handling and storage of energetic materials

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in munitions or defense manufacturing
Hands-on expertise in kinetic weapons and explosive production
Knowledge of propellants, explosives, and energetic manufacturing
Experience with quality systems and statistical process control
Understanding of explosive safety standards and military regulations
Willingness to travel
