About the job
Destinus is looking for a Logistics Officer to join their team in Hengelo. In this role, you will maintain synchronization between warehouses and manufacturing, track and resolve shipment deviations, and coordinate with multiple teams to refine logistics workflows.

- Maintain synchronization between warehouses and manufacturing
- Track and resolve shipment deviations
- Identify and allocate exception logistics costs
- Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams
- Refine logistics workflows and implement best practices
What you bring
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics or supply chain in high-tech or industrial setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics for logistics
- Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chains
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics
