About the job
Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is looking for a driven M&A professional to join their team in Hengelo. You will work on a variety of transactions, from analysis to deal execution, while expanding your network in the SME sector.
What you will do
- Perform company and market analyses
- Prepare valuations and bid books
- Meet potential buyers and sellers
- Approach new buyers and sellers
- Expand and maintain the network
- Prepare financing applications and solve financing issues
What you bring
- Master's degree in Finance or higher professional education with finance-oriented Masters
- Minimum 3 and maximum 5 years of M&A work experience as analyst, associate or consultant
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical and commercial insight
- Analytically strong, punctual and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English

- Demonstrable affinity with SME-companies
