NTS in Hengelo is looking for a Project Buyer to manage supplier selection and procurement strategies for complex projects. In this role, you will work closely with commodity buyers and quality engineers to ensure timely material availability and cost optimization.

What you will do

Select and approve suppliers based on customer requirements and commodity strategies
Negotiate project packages and monitor CPR roadmap
Develop procurement strategies with Commodity Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers
Ensure timely material availability by placing and following up on project orders
Optimize procurement costs with Total Cost of Ownership mindset

What you bring

HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar procurement role
Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude toward process improvement
Experience with ERP systems (ERP LN / Infor) and affinity for IT tools
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English
