Destinus is seeking an R&D Turbo Engine Technician to join their team in Hengelo. In this role, you will assemble turbojet engine components and ensure quality compliance through inspections and documentation. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts while adhering to safety standards.
What you will do
- Assemble turbojet engine components following schematics and specifications
- Perform pre-assembly and assembly inspections for quality compliance
- Document assembly activities including measurements and observations
- Adhere to safety regulations during assembly procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for assembly efficiency
What you bring
- MBO 3+ or equivalent work and thinking level in rotational machinery or mechanics
- Result-oriented, accurate, with strong planning and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in assembly or testing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good Dutch and English communication skills
