Delta Electronics is looking for a Business Finance Manager to join their team in Hoofddorp. This on-site role involves overseeing financial performance reporting and analysis for product and regional heads. You will coordinate budgeting and forecasting while supporting strategic planning across the organization.
What you will do
- Monthly, quarterly, annual operation performance reporting and analysis to product heads and regional head
- Monthly performance reporting and analysis to the Business controlling function
- Coordinate monthly rolling forecast with operations and finance
- Efficiency study of all involved functions and operations
- Support strategy planning
- Coordinate yearly budget preparation and planning
What you bring
- At least 3 years accounting experience
- Good experience in financial reporting, working with external auditors, familiar with IFRS compliance
- Good Microsoft tools skills and familiar with SAP, preferably with operational experience
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent planning and analyzing skills
- Excellent presentation skills and detail-oriented
