Delta Electronics is looking for an Export Compliance Specialist to join their team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will develop and manage the Export Compliance Program across the EMEA region. You will ensure alignment with EU regulations and corporate policies from Taiwan.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Export Compliance Program in EMEA
  • Ensure alignment with EU export regulations and Delta Corporate policies from Taiwan
  • Define and maintain Export Compliance policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional compliance platforms with Sales, Logistics, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams
  • Conduct training programs on compliance responsibilities and regulatory changes
  • Oversee due diligence checks on customers, suppliers, and third parties

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in export compliance within an international business environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Trade, Business, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of EU export control regulations
  • Experience with government export authorities and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of another European language or Chinese
