Delta Electronics in Hoofddorp is looking for an HR Specialist to support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives. This is a maternity leave cover position, working on-site.
What you will do
- Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Collect and organize data to support payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Discretion with confidential information
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding and experience of HR best practices
- Fluency in English
