About the job

As a Logistics Specialist at Delta Electronics in Hoofddorp, you will be the main point of contact for customers on orders and logistics. You handle the entire order process from receipt to fulfillment, working closely with internal teams.

What you will do

  • Act as main contact for customers on orders and logistics
  • Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, or other channels
  • Register, validate, and process orders in SAP
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries, keep records
  • Provide sales and operational support during order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests

What you bring

  • Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent
  • 3–5 years experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management in an international environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry
  • Additional European language
