Delta Electronics in Hoofddorp is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary contact for order management and logistics inquiries, and you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.

What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for order management and logistics inquiries
  • Receive, validate, and process customer orders in SAP
  • Monitor order progress and communicate updates
  • Provide operational and sales support to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order execution
  • Maintain customer master data and order records in ERP

What you bring

  • Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain in international business
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in ICT, Electronics, Technology, or related industries
  • Proficiency in Chinese or an additional foreign language
