Delta Electronics is looking for a Business Strategy & Planning Analyst to join their team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making through market analysis, performance tracking, and cross-departmental coordination. You will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to drive growth initiatives.

What you will do

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Build frameworks and models to evaluate new business initiatives
  • Maintain strategic dashboards and track company-wide OKRs/KPIs
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports for senior leadership
  • Follow up with department heads and project leads to ensure action items are executed
  • Collaborate with financial controllers and commercial teams to align planning with budgeting

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or analytical business operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tracking tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready PowerPoint decks
  • Fluent in English and proficient in a second European language such as Dutch, German, French, or Spanish

Nice to have

  • Experience in power electronics, data centers, or energy infrastructure in Europe
