Delta Electronics is seeking a Safety Manager to lead health and safety programs across its EMEA operations. Based in Hoofddorp, this role focuses on ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving a strong safety culture in a multi-country technical environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and govern health and safety programs across EMEA operations
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements
  • Lead risk assessments and hazard mitigation planning
  • Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver training programs and competency frameworks
  • Maintain performance dashboards and provide regional reporting

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in health and safety management in multi-country technical or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of European legislation and familiarity with Middle East and Africa regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead incident prevention, risk management, and compliance programs
  • Experience supporting field service, installation, commissioning, or project-based operations
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in power electronics, data centers, industrial automation, or related technology sectors
  • Professional EHS certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
  • Experience with ESG, sustainability, and environmental management systems
