Delta Electronics is seeking a Safety Manager to lead health and safety programs across its EMEA operations. Based in Hoofddorp, this role focuses on ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving a strong safety culture in a multi-country technical environment.

- Develop and govern health and safety programs across EMEA operations
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements
- Lead risk assessments and hazard mitigation planning
- Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs and competency frameworks
- Maintain performance dashboards and provide regional reporting
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years of experience in health and safety management in multi-country technical or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of European legislation and familiarity with Middle East and Africa regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to lead incident prevention, risk management, and compliance programs
- Experience supporting field service, installation, commissioning, or project-based operations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in power electronics, data centers, industrial automation, or related technology sectors
- Professional EHS certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- Experience with ESG, sustainability, and environmental management systems
