In this role, you will manage the full accounting process for the Netherlands and Belgium, support year-end audits, and oversee payroll for one country. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify process improvements.

What you bring
- 2+ years in accounting or financial control
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes
- Experience with payroll administration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Exact or similar systems
- Dutch language skills
- Living in the Netherlands
