About the job
This role is with Rostudios, where you will train and develop instructors to deliver top-quality classes. As a Talent Coach, you will monitor performance and provide feedback to elevate the team.
What you will do
- Train and develop instructor skills for new and current instructors
- Attend classes regularly to monitor instructor performance
- Provide feedback and technical performance evaluations
- Implement extra training and development for instructors
- Identify instructor needs and develop workshops with management
- Ensure safety practices and equipment maintenance
What you bring
- Natural leader who puts the team first
- Skilled at providing feedback and developing others
- Able to give clear and fair performance evaluations
- Excellent knowledge of reformer pilates or indoor spinning
- Must have ability to use discretion
- Flexible schedule and on-call availability including weekends and evenings
