Rocycle is seeking a Project Manager to lead the expansion of its studio network. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of multiple studio launches, from planning to execution, while building scalable systems for future rollouts. This is a high-impact position within a fast-growing international company.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management of multiple studio launches
- Build and refine scalable systems and playbooks for studio rollouts
- Maintain project timelines using Asana
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders during launches
- Manage hiring pipelines and onboarding for new Studio Managers
- Coordinate platform setup tasks for booking systems
What you bring
- 5+ years in a fast-growing operations role
- Open to high volume of travel between cities
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving
- Based in the Netherlands
