Deployteq is looking for a Team Lead / Senior Engineer CDP to take ownership of a critical platform. You will lead by example through hands-on development and mentor engineers in a remote environment. This role combines technical leadership with direct impact on product quality.

What you will do

Lead by example through hands-on development
Support and mentor engineers in a remote environment
Own day-to-day execution of work
Collaborate with Product Owner and Product Director on requirements
Collaborate with Technical Product Lead and Principal Architect on technical approaches
Enforce high engineering standards through code reviews and design discussions

What you bring

Extensive experience building backend systems in a modern programming language
Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers, preferably in a remote setup
Solid understanding of scalable architectures, APIs, and system integrations
Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes concepts
Ability to balance speed and quality in complex environments
Clear and effective communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with Golang in production environments
Familiarity with event-driven architectures
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code
Exposure to high-throughput or data-intensive systems
Experience with AI to optimize workflow and solutions
