Destinus is looking for a Defense Program Manager to lead complex defence programmes from their location in Katwijk aan Zee. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage programme scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables.

- Lead complex defence programmes
- Build trusted relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, testing, production
- Translate customer and operational requirements into priorities for technical teams
- Manage programme scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables
- Drive programmes through development, testing, qualification, and certification
What you bring
- Significant experience managing complex defence, military, aerospace, or advanced technology programmes
- Experience with interceptors, strike systems, weapons systems, missiles, or comparable defence technologies
- Experience taking military systems through development, testing, qualification, and certification
- Strong understanding of defence programme environments including technical, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Good technical understanding to work with engineering teams
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
