Destinus is seeking an ILS In-Service Support Engineer to join their team in Katwijk aan Zee. In this role, you will support in-service activities for multiple products and programs, acting as the primary coordination point for technical and support issues during operational service.

What you will do

Support In-Service Support activities for multiple products and programs
Act as primary coordination point for technical and support issues during operational service
Monitor fleet performance and maintenance data to identify reliability trends
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product support
Investigate technical issues with engineering and coordinate corrective actions
Analyze reliability, maintainability, and availability metrics

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, or Logistics Engineering, or related field
1 to 5 years of experience in ILS, sustainment engineering, or related field
Understanding of maintenance concepts in aerospace or defense
Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and availability principles
Experience analyzing technical and operational data
Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

Experience in aerospace, defense, UAV, or high technology industries
Familiarity with ILS methodologies and lifecycle sustainment
Exposure to ASD S-Series specifications like S5000F, S3000L, or S1000D
Experience with fleet support, reliability analysis, or spare parts management
