Tandem Health is looking for an Associate Account Executive to drive sales in the Netherlands. In this hybrid role, you will own the full sales cycle and represent the company at regional events.
What you will do
- Own full sales cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, close
- Run high-throughput meetings with consultative approach
- Present product to clinicians and decision-makers
- Manage customer relationships through to live adoption
- Maintain long-term relationships, update and upsell
- Represent Tandem at regional events
What you bring
- 1+ years full-cycle B2B sales
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door prospecting, or territory-based roles
- Track record of hitting and beating quota with concrete numbers
- Consultative, lead-from-the-front selling style
- Native-level Dutch and C1/C2 English
Nice to have
- Experience selling to healthcare professionals or in regulated environments
- Experience in digital products, SaaS, or workflow-improving technology
