Tandem Health is a growing healthtech scale-up based in Leiden, seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support its healthcare clients. In this role, you will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and help shape the Customer Success function as the company expands.
What you will do
- Act as primary contact for healthcare clients
- Develop success plans with goals and milestones
- Lead kick-off meetings, quarterly check-ins, and year-end reviews
- Identify risks and take action to prevent churn
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to colleagues
- Collaborate with support and implementation teams
What you bring
- Proven experience as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable with strategic conversations with various stakeholders
- Able to structure a diverse client portfolio and prioritize by risk and value
- Data-driven, using usage metrics for client conversations
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Thrives in a fast-growing environment with undefined processes
Nice to have
- Experience in healthtech or healthcare sector
