Tandem Health is looking for a Marketing Associate to take ownership of the Dutch marketing strategy. In this hybrid role based in Leiden, you will lead brand, demand generation, content, and events for the Netherlands.
What you will do
- Own and execute the Dutch marketing plan across brand, demand generation, content, events, and launches
- Support the development and evolution of the Tandem brand across marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Ensure all Dutch-language communication is native, precise, and aligned with Tandem's brand and messaging guide
- Act as the primary marketing partner for Dutch commercial, medical operations, and customer success teams
- Run demand campaigns for the Dutch market, including around government funding and product adoption
- Support local execution of product launches, brand communications, PR moments, and partnerships
What you bring
- Native-level Dutch (written and spoken)
- Strong professional English (working language)
- 3 to 5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, health tech, medtech, or other regulated industries
- Experience in complex stakeholder environments and longer sales cycles
- Strong ownership mindset, structure, and attention to detail
- Comfort balancing strategy with hands-on execution, including change communication for existing customers
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Dutch healthcare (huisartsen, care groups, EHR vendors)
