About the job
Robin Radar, a Great Place to Work certified company in Den Haag, is looking for a hands-on leader to guide a small team in electronics assembly. In this role, you will support your colleagues with technical tasks while coordinating daily operations and coaching team members.
What you will do
- Support team with soldering, assembling, testing, and calibrating electronic parts
- Assign daily tasks and set goals for a team of 4
- Organize work schedules, approve timesheets, and manage leave requests
- Coach team members and provide practical support during bottlenecks
- Ensure quality and safety standards, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
What you bring
- MBO4 or equivalent work experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related high-tech field
- 3+ years experience in high-tech manufacturing, assembly, or engineering
- Experience leading or coaching a technical sub-team of 2 to 8 people
- Strong hands-on experience with electronics and assembly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HiBob and Odoo for scheduling and hours tracking
