About the job

As a Technical Support Specialist at Lely, you will ensure the health and performance of critical platforms. Based in Maassluis, you will resolve complex incidents and coordinate releases in a hybrid working environment.

What you will do

Monitor platform health and performance
Resolve complex operational incidents
Coordinate releases and deployments
Improve monitoring and security capabilities
Collaborate with product development teams
Maintain documentation and train technicians

What you bring

Bachelor-level thinking and working ability
At least 3 years in IT operations or application support
Experience with monitoring solutions and second/third-line support
Ability to understand system state from external outputs
Experience documenting procedures and sharing knowledge
Residence in Netherlands with valid work permit
