About the job

Sia is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Maastricht. You will lead internal AI product development and work on client projects as an ML expert.

What you will do

Leading internal team to develop AI products
Working on client projects as ML expert
Making architectural decisions for cloud environments
Building production-level ML/AI solutions
Guiding Data Scientists to scale models into production
Giving trainings and organizing events

What you bring

MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field
2-4 years experience in production ML pipelines
Strong ML fundamentals and domain expertise
Expert in Python and one of Scala, C++, Java
Experience with SQL, cloud platforms, DevOps tools
Fluency in English and Dutch

Nice to have

Experience with coaching or mentoring
Prior experience in management consulting
