Sia is looking for a Senior Manager Energy & Industry to guide companies through the energy transition. You will work on diverse projects, coach team members, and help grow the business in a hybrid work setting based in Maastricht.

What you will do

Guide companies during the energy transition
Work on various projects with a team
Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations
Coach and mentor consultants
Shape and grow the business through business development and sales support

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
At least 8 years of consulting experience in the utilities industry
Business network at relevant energy companies
Good view of energy market developments and impact on value chain
Strong interest in data and AI topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

Fluent German
