Sia is looking for a Senior Retail Consultant to join their team in Maastricht. In this role, you will tackle strategic challenges like brand positioning and go-to-market models for retail and consumer goods clients. You will work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with direct exposure to C-level management.

What you will do

  • Work on strategic challenges like brand positioning and go-to-market models
  • Support transformation programs in omnichannel strategy, pricing, and category development
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for client insights
  • Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and co-creating recommendations
  • Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level management

What you bring

  • Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic role in retail or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills and prioritization sense
  • Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
  • Fast learner thriving on diverse challenges and changing environments
  • Able to switch between strategic vision and operational detail, fluent in business and numbers
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of retail/consumer goods ecosystem
