Sia is looking for a Senior Retail Consultant to join their team in Maastricht. In this role, you will tackle strategic challenges like brand positioning and go-to-market models for retail and consumer goods clients. You will work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with direct exposure to C-level management.

Work on strategic challenges like brand positioning and go-to-market models
Support transformation programs in omnichannel strategy, pricing, and category development
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for client insights
Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and co-creating recommendations
Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level management

Wat je meebrengt

Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic role in retail or consumer goods
Strong analytical skills and prioritization sense
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Fast learner thriving on diverse challenges and changing environments
Able to switch between strategic vision and operational detail, fluent in business and numbers
Fluent in Dutch and English
